Quantum World Ventures is building a connected network of research clusters across India — each anchored by a Quantum EdTech Lab combining research, learning, and incubation. We're inviting Innovators and Mentors to help build this network from the ground up.
Presented by Santosh Talaghatti · Quantum Architect, Quantum World Ventures
The Research Counsel is Quantum World Ventures' R&D community — the people who design, build, and operationalise our cluster network. It brings together three groups under one roof: Innovators & Mentors applying below, Fellows in our AI & Quantum Fellowship Program, and Interns & Incubatees building hands-on experience with us. This is a research and learning community, distinct from our Investor & partnership track.
Experienced professionals in research, teaching, and startup-ecosystem development who help us design, build, and operationalise the cluster network. Apply directly below.
Learners and scholars building their future in Quantum Computing, AI, and MedTech through our structured 8-tier AI & Quantum Fellowship Program.
Students and early-stage founders gaining hands-on research and incubation experience across our cluster network.
Quantum World Ventures aligns its work with three complementary efforts building India's quantum ecosystem — the National Quantum Mission, Karnataka's State Quantum Mission, and the Andhra Pradesh Quantum Valley initiative. Our contribution is focused and practical: workforce development and applied research & development, delivered through our Global Capability Center (GCC) model — building the skilled talent pipeline and R&D capability these missions need, one cluster at a time.

Our Global Capability Center (GCC) model builds a quantum- and AI-ready workforce from the ground up — skilling and talent development programmes that equip professionals, faculty, and institutions with the practical capability India's quantum economy needs.

Quantum EdTech Labs, Centres of Excellence, and structured L&D programmes embedded directly into university curricula — carrying quantum and AI learning from the classroom into applied research and industry practice.

Applied R&D in quantum imaging, sensing, computing, and quantum-secure cybersecurity — carried from prototype to deployable technology across MedTech, EdTech, and public-safety applications.
Our R&D applies Quantum Computing, AI, MedTech, Advanced Computing, and Quantum-Secure Cybersecurity to help institutions rethink how they teach, research, and innovate. Through Quantum EdTech Labs, L&D Hubs, and Incubation Hubs, we work with universities to redesign curricula, modernise labs, and embed AI-enabled tools directly into academic and research workflows — turning institutions into active participants in the technology they teach.
Joint R&D initiatives, sponsored research, and industry-academia partnerships aligned with national priorities such as the National Quantum Mission — alongside international collaborations, conferences, and summits connecting Indian institutions to global research networks.
Our roadmap moves from single-institute engagements to a connected network of research clusters, each anchored by a Quantum EdTech Lab combining research, learning, and incubation — establishing Quantum World Ventures as a National R&D Centre for AI and emerging technologies.
This network is designed and operationalised by the mentors, researchers, and learners who join it. We're building a strong, capable team that can drive institutional transformation — and position India as a serious, credible scientific hub on the world stage.
Help us design, build and operationalise the cluster network. Looking to join as a Learner or Scholar instead? Apply through our AI & Quantum Fellowship Program .
We're looking for experienced professionals in research, teaching, and startup-ecosystem development — with demonstrated expertise in organising programmes, building collaborations, and managing transdisciplinary projects. Your research skills and management experience will be invaluable in helping us design, build, and operationalise Quantum EdTech Labs, L&D Hubs, and Incubation Hubs, and in driving meaningful change within the education ecosystems of our clusters.
This is, at this stage, a non-commercial engagement, undertaken in the spirit of building something significant together. As our projects mature and realise commercial value, we are committed to rewarding every mentor's contribution appropriately, in proportion to the outcomes we build together.
Thank you for stepping forward to help build this mission. Our team will review your profile and be in touch shortly.
The Quantum Mission cluster rollout is led by our Founder and coordinated day-to-day by a small, dedicated Research Counsel team — anchoring the researcher community and directing our research, innovation, and learning agenda.
