This Page is Home to Our Research Counsel

The Research Counsel is Quantum World Ventures' R&D community — the people who design, build, and operationalise our cluster network. It brings together three groups under one roof: Innovators & Mentors applying below, Fellows in our AI & Quantum Fellowship Program, and Interns & Incubatees building hands-on experience with us. This is a research and learning community, distinct from our Investor & partnership track.

Global Quantum Mission

India's Quantum Moment — A Mission We're Built to Serve

Quantum World Ventures aligns its work with three complementary efforts building India's quantum ecosystem — the National Quantum Mission, Karnataka's State Quantum Mission, and the Andhra Pradesh Quantum Valley initiative. Our contribution is focused and practical: workforce development and applied research & development, delivered through our Global Capability Center (GCC) model — building the skilled talent pipeline and R&D capability these missions need, one cluster at a time.

Why This Mission Exists

AI & Emerging Technologies for Institutional Transformation

Our R&D applies Quantum Computing, AI, MedTech, Advanced Computing, and Quantum-Secure Cybersecurity to help institutions rethink how they teach, research, and innovate. Through Quantum EdTech Labs, L&D Hubs, and Incubation Hubs, we work with universities to redesign curricula, modernise labs, and embed AI-enabled tools directly into academic and research workflows — turning institutions into active participants in the technology they teach.

🌐
01 · NATIONAL REACH

National & International Collaborative Projects

Joint R&D initiatives, sponsored research, and industry-academia partnerships aligned with national priorities such as the National Quantum Mission — alongside international collaborations, conferences, and summits connecting Indian institutions to global research networks.

🏛️
02 · SCIENTIFIC HUB

Towards a Scientific Hub

Our roadmap moves from single-institute engagements to a connected network of research clusters, each anchored by a Quantum EdTech Lab combining research, learning, and incubation — establishing Quantum World Ventures as a National R&D Centre for AI and emerging technologies.

🤝
03 · BUILT TOGETHER

A Mission Built With Its People

This network is designed and operationalised by the mentors, researchers, and learners who join it. We're building a strong, capable team that can drive institutional transformation — and position India as a serious, credible scientific hub on the world stage.
